In these unsettling times, as we all change the way we go about our lives in order to control the spread of COVID-19, we would like to reassure you that the Deloitte Pensions Administration Team is maintaining normal service while following Government advice for keeping its staff safe, including working from home as far as possible. Pension payments will be made as normal on the first working day of each month.
Some of you may need to contact Deloitte in relation to your College of Law pension (for example, an address change) and you can continue to do so in the usual way: email to email@example.com or call on 028 9019 5186 provide the Scheme name or ask to speak to Andy Mullin (if you cannot get through straight away, please leave a message and Deloitte will call you back within 48 hours).
Due to possible delays with the post, if you have to mail anything to Deloitte please call them in advance of posting your document. Where possible, we would encourage you to email the Pensions Administration Team rather than using mail.
Please note that increasingly pension scheme members are targeted by scammers attempting to lure them to ‘safe havens’. All Members are urged to exercise extreme caution and visit ScamSmart (https://www.fca.org.uk/scamsmart) which has specific guidance relating to COVID-19.
Finally, despite the pandemic and recent investment market movements, the financial health of the Scheme remains strong.
